retrostylings.in wants you to be happy with every purchase. If you’re not satisfied, here’s how returns and refunds work.
Return window
You may return most items within 14 days of receiving your order.
Condition for returns
Returned items must be unused, in the same condition you received them, and in their original packaging (including tags and accessories).
How to start a return
Email us at support@retrostylings.in or call +91-7339477240 with:
- Order number
- Item(s) you want to return
- Reason for return
We’ll provide return instructions and a return authorization number.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you about the refund status. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Exchanges & defective items
If you received a defective or damaged item, contact us immediately. We’ll arrange a replacement at no extra cost or a full refund if a replacement isn’t available.
Return shipping & fees
- If the return is due to our error (damaged/incorrect item), we’ll cover return shipping.
- For change-of-mind returns, return shipping costs may apply. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Non-returnable items
Perishable goods, personalized/custom-made items, clearance items, or items marked non-returnable cannot be returned.
